Warranty & Return Policy

30-Day Refund: If you return your product(s) within 30 days, we will refund your purchase price, minus shipping & handling and re-stocking costs.

30-Day Exchange: For product(s) exchanged within 30 days of purchase, a $7.00 shipping and handling fee and a $3.00 re-stocking fee applies.

60-Day Replacement Warranty: For online purchases made directly from efxusa.com, a $7.00 shipping & handling fee will apply for each product to be replaced.

EFX warrants authentic EFX-branded products purchased directly from efxusa.com to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal usage for sixty (60) days from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover: (a) misuse or abuse, (b) accident or neglect, or (c) altered or modified product.
