3. WHAT SIZE DO I NEED? Sizing is important - you don't want your band to be tight or too loose for optimal performance. The hologram does not need to be in direct contact with your skin to be effective. Please refer to our sizing charts and measure your wrist before ordering to ensure the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort during activity.

Standard shipping within the US typically takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping (3-5 business days) is available at checkout for faster delivery. International shipping via FedEx typically takes 5-7 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can monitor its progress.

7. HOW CAN I TELL IF IT’S WORKING? There are several simple tests you can try to experience the difference EFX makes. Popular tests include the balance test (stand on one leg with and without your EFX), the flexibility test (reach down to touch your toes), and the strength test (have someone push down on your extended arm). You'll often notice improved stability, range of motion, and resistance when wearing your EFX. 8. DO THE HOLOGRAMS EVER EXPIRE? The hologram technology in your EFX wristband is designed to last for 6-10 years with proper care. The silicone band itself must be treated carfully, as the design requires that your band is heat welded. Most long-tme EFX customers know that the key is to put on and leave it on - that's 24/7. If you don't take it on anf off, it can last years. If you do have to take your band on and off, PLEASE do it careully.
9. CAN EFX PRODUCTS GET WET? Yes! EFX wristbands are completely waterproof. You can wear them while swimming, showering, exercising, or in any wet conditions without affecting the hologram's performance. In fact, showers are where people slip and fall, so it’s important to wear your band when showering. We recommend rinsing your wristband with fresh water after exposure to chlorine or salt water to keep it looking its best.
10. DOES IT MATTER WHERE I WEAR MY EFX PRODUCTS? You can wear your EFX wristband anywhere on your body, or even in your pocket, but again,, we emphasize the you don’t remove it, but wear it 24/7. Many athletes wear them on both wrists or ankles for balanced energy flow. The hologram technology works regardless of placement.
11. WHY DO THE HOLOGRAMS TURN BLACK OR FADE? If your hologram appears to be disappearing, it’s because moisture has gotten under the silicone plug. The hologram itself will not lose effectiveness, but the decorative coating can dissolve. And since the holograms are transparent, what you'll see is the color of the silicone band showing through. However, this is purely cosmetic - the hologram technology remains fully functional and your EFX wristband will still deliver the same performance benefits.
