HOW DOES EFX WORK?           

EFX Products contain Holograms. We "PROGRAM" our Holograms with frequencies that work well with the human body. We believe that your body synchronizes with the Hologram's frequencies when they are within 1/2"-3/4" of your body, which users say helps their balance, strength and flexibility.

 

HOW CAN I TELL IF IT'S WORKING?

WHAT DOES EFX STAND FOR?           

EFX is a play on the word "effects."

 

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN EFX PRODUCTS?           

All EFX products are the same, just in different wearable applications.

 

WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?           

Sizing is important. You don't want your band to be too tight. See our sizing charts and PLEASE measure before ordering.

 

WHERE ARE EFX HOLOGRAMS MADE?           

All of our Holograms are manufactured and programmed in the U.S.

 

DO THE HOLOGRAMS EVER EXPIRE?           

We believe the Holograms gradually degrade over a period of 10 years, though they will still have a minimal effect. We suggest replacing your EFX Products every 10 years.

 

CAN EFX PRODUCTS GET WET?           

Yes, water is a better conductor than air, which is why many surfers wear EFX. It may also help your balance in the shower.

 

DOES THE HOLOGRAM NEED TO BE IN DIRECT CONTACT WITH THE BODY IN ORDER TO BE EFFECTIVE?           

No, it needs to be within 1/2" - 3/4" of the body to be effective.

 

DOES IT MATTER WHERE I WEAR EFX PRODUCTS?           

No. The more the merrier. Many athletes and customers wear our Holograms on shoulders, on the lower back area, etc.

 

WHAT IF I'M DISSATISFIED WITH MY EFX PRODUCTS?           

If purchased on efxusa.com, you can return your product within 30 days of the ship date.

 

WHY DO HOLOGRAMS SOMETIMES TURN BLACK OR FADE?         

Exposure to moisture may cause Holograms to darken. It is simply the coating on the Hologram fading and will not affect it.

Why was my order declined?
The following are the most common reasons for declined orders:
- Billing address does not match the address that the credit card statements are sent to (billing address must be the same exact address that the credit card statements are sent to).
- A card information change (such as billing address change) has not taken effect yet (can sometimes take a couple months).
- Expiration date does not match.
- Credit limit has been exceeded.
Please contact your card issuer to determine the reason for the decline. Once you have identified the issue, you must replace the order.

How can I cancel an order?
Once an order has begun the fulfillment process, we are unable to make cancellations, and you will have to send product back to us for a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There is a $5.00 per item restocking fee.
